• The Taft Theatre serves beer, wine, liquor, soda, water and juice at any of the concessions stands. Depending on the show, popcorn, chips and candy are also available. Cash only.
• Security is provided by Brantley Security.

• Appropriate attire, shoes must be worn at all times.
• All guests are asked for valid photo identification at the door and will be wristbanded or have their hand stamped if over 21.

• From the north:
  I-75 South, exit at 5th Street, follow 5th Street to Sycamore. The Taft Theatre is on the right at the corner of 5th and Sycamore.
  
  From the south:
  I-75 North, Cross the Brent Spence bridge in the right lane, follow signs to Columbus I-71, exit at Main Street, turn right onto 5th Street. The Taft Theatre is on the right at the corner of 5th and Sycamore.
  
  From the east:
  I-71 South to downtown, exit Gilbert Avenue, turn left onto Sycamore. The Taft Theatre is on the left at the corner of 5th and Sycamore.
  
  From the west:
  I-74 to I-75 South, exit at 5th Street, follow 5th Street to Sycamore. The Taft Theatre is on the right at the corner of 5th and Sycamore.
• Box Office hours are Monday ? Friday, 10a.m. -1:30p.pm and 2:30-5. Additional evening and weekend hours on show days.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue.

• Items not allowed in this venue include: video and audio recording devices, large bags or large backpacks, laser pointers, sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks or mace), and outside food or beverages.
• Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion.
• The handicapped accessible restroom is located in the Box Office.
• Please call the venue the day of the show for that day's photo policy. Professional cameras are not permitted.
• Street parking is available along 5th Street, Sycamore St. or Broadway. Garage parking is available at the Chiquita building, the Chem Med garage or Sycamore garage. There is also a parking lot of the corner of 5th and Broadway.
• The Taft Theatre was started in 1926 and completed in 1929 by the Free Masons of the Valley, whose Masonic Temple is next door. The Taft Theatre was the home of Broadway in Cincinnati until the construction of the Aronoff. Today the Taft Theatre hosts a variety of shows ranging from live music, theatre, corporate events, dance recitals and more!

• The Taft Theatre does have limited handicapped seating on the floor level. Companion seating is limited to one guest for the floor level.

• Merchandise is available in the hallway all the way to your left upon entering the lobby. Cash only unless the artist or tour brings a credit card machine.
• Re-Entry is permitted for smoking or ATM use until 30 minutes before the end of a performance.
• Will Call tickets are released one hour prior to show time.
• There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. Refunds are available only in the event of cancellation.
• Restrooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and lower lobby floors. The handicapped restroom is located on the main floor in the Box Office.
• Items allowed in this venue include: tote sized umbrellas, purses, small open tote bags, bags and backpacks, diaper bags (child must be present), and one bottle of sealed water (no more than 20 oz.). Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• Children under the age of one do not require a ticket.
• An ATM is located at the corner of 5th and Broadway, one block east of the Taft Theater.
